Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By accessing our sites, requesting information, or using our software or services, you agree to these terms. If you are entering into an order form, statement of work, or enterprise agreement with LevAI, that document controls for the subject matter it covers and prevails where it conflicts with these general terms.
2. Our services
LevAI delivers applied AI systems—such as retrieval agents, computer vision, generative media pipelines, and workflow automation—along with related consulting. Features, availability, and support levels depend on your plan or contract.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our services, including by:
- Violating applicable laws or third-party rights;
- Attempting to probe, disrupt, or bypass security, rate limits, or access controls;
- Using outputs to generate or disseminate illegal, fraudulent, or materially harmful content;
- Reverse engineering or scraping our products except as permitted by law and contract.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations or risk to the platform or other customers.
4. Customer data & AI outputs
You retain rights to data you supply. You grant LevAI the rights necessary to host, process, and improve the services as described in your agreement and our Privacy Policy. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for human review where stakes are high (e.g., compliance, safety, medical, or financial decisions).
5. Intellectual property
LevAI and its licensors own the software, models (except where built from your proprietary training data under contract), branding, and documentation. Subject to payment and these terms, we grant you the usage rights set out in your order. Feedback you provide may be used to improve our products without obligation to you.
6. Third-party services
Our stack may integrate cloud providers, model APIs, and other vendors. Their terms may apply to your use of those components.
7. Fees & taxes
Fees, invoicing, and taxes are as stated in your order. Late payments may incur charges or suspension as permitted by contract.
8. Disclaimers
Except where prohibited by law, services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. LevAI’s aggregate liability arising out of these terms or the services (except for indemnities or amounts owed to third parties where required) is limited to the amounts you paid LevAI for the services giving rise to the claim in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or one hundred dollars ($100) if no fees applied—whichever is greater.
10. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify LevAI against claims arising from your data, your use of outputs in violation of law or third-party rights, or your breach of these terms, subject to customary carve-outs and process in your enterprise agreement if one exists.
11. Term & termination
Trials or pilots end as specified. Paid subscriptions or projects terminate per the order. We may suspend for non-payment or serious misuse. Sections that should survive (e.g., liability limits, IP, confidentiality) survive termination.
12. Governing law
Unless your signed agreement specifies otherwise, these terms are governed by the laws applicable to LevAI’s principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law rules. Courts in that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where they cannot be waived.
13. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
14. Notices
Legal and contractual notices are delivered through the contact path set out in your order, master agreement, or other written engagement with LevAI, or as otherwise required by law.
