Scope

This policy describes how we handle information when you visit our websites, use our demos, engage us for professional services, or use LevAI-provided software where we act as the service provider. Customer-specific agreements (including data processing terms) govern enterprise deployments when they conflict with this general policy.

What we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact and account details — name, work email, company, role, and similar identifiers you provide under contracts or engagements.
  • Usage and technical data — IP address, device type, browser, approximate region, timestamps, and diagnostic logs needed to operate and secure our services.
  • Content you send us — messages, briefs, attachments, or configuration you share for scoping, support, or delivery of AI systems.
  • In-product telemetry — where enabled, aggregated or pseudonymous metrics to improve reliability and performance (described in customer agreements for production systems).

How we use information

We use data to:

  • Provide, deploy, and improve our AI software and consulting deliverables;
  • Respond to inquiries, operate support, and fulfill contractual obligations;
  • Secure our systems, detect abuse, and meet legal requirements;
  • Analyze aggregate usage to guide product direction (not to sell personal data).

Where laws such as the GDPR apply, we rely on appropriate bases—for example performance of a contract, legitimate interests in running a secure B2B service, or consent when we ask for it clearly (such as certain cookies or marketing).

Sharing

We share information with subprocessors that help us host infrastructure, deliver email, monitor uptime, or process payments—under contracts that require protection of your data. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of our services.

Retention

If we transfer personal data across borders, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) where required by law.

Children

Our services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and adjust the “Last updated” date.
