Who we are

LEVAI Solutions ("LEVAI", "we") runs levai.solutions and decides how the personal data collected through it is used. We are based in Cairo, Egypt. For anything about your data, write to hello@levai.solutions.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form or the chat, plus a few technical details:

Contact form: name, email, mobile or WhatsApp number, company (optional), subject, message and how you prefer us to reply.
Fit Check: your answers (business type, team size, main problem, current tools, timing, budget range), the suggested result, your name and mobile number, and your email if you add it.
Campaign pages: name, mobile number, company and team size.
Event registration: name, company, role, mobile number, email and how you will attend.
Product waitlists and newsletter: your email.
Assistant chat: the messages you send to the LEVAI assistant.
With every form: the page and language you used, and the campaign that brought you, if any (UTM tags, ad click IDs, first landing page and referring site).
Technical data: your IP address and browser details, used for security, bot checks and rate limits.

We do not ask for ID numbers, payment details or health data on this site.

Why and on what basis

To answer your request, prepare a proposal or book a consultation: steps you ask for before a possible contract, and your consent, which you give with the checkbox on the form.
To review a job application: your consent.
To send the newsletter or a launch email: your consent. Every email has a way to stop.
To keep the site secure and stop spam and abuse: our legitimate interest.
To measure visits and campaigns with analytics and ad cookies: only with your consent in the cookie bar.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. Service providers handle it for us, only to run the site:

Google Cloud: hosts the website (Belgium, EU).
Cloudflare: delivers the site, protects it, and runs the Turnstile bot check.
Resend: delivers form submissions to our inbox and the copy we send you.
AI model providers (for example OpenAI or Groq): generate the assistant's replies to your messages.
Cal.com: if you book a call, under its own privacy policy.
WhatsApp (Meta): if you choose to message us there.
Google Analytics and the ad platforms named in our Cookie policy: only if you accept those cookies.

We may also disclose data when Egyptian law or a competent authority requires it.

Cross-border transfer

Some of these providers process data outside Egypt, in the European Union and the United States. We use providers that commit to protecting it and send them only what the service needs.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become a project: up to 24 months after our last contact.
Clients: for the length of the contract, plus the period Egyptian tax and commercial law requires.
Job applications: up to 12 months, unless you agree that we keep them longer.
Newsletter and waitlists: until you unsubscribe or the product launches.
Assistant chat: the website does not store conversations; they are processed only to produce the reply.
Security logs: about 30 days.

Your rights and how to use them

Under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) you can ask to see the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or restrict or object to its use. You can also withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect what was done before. Write to hello@levai.solutions. We reply within 30 days and may ask you to confirm who you are. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to Egypt's Personal Data Protection Center.

Sensitive data

This site is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 18, and we do not ask for health, religious or other sensitive data through our forms. Please do not include it in a message.
